Landowners contribute land into a project-specific JV LLC at a pre-agreed value, typically receiving payment at construction-loan closing plus a share of project profit, under terms set out in definitive agreements.
Entitlements & Pre-Development
Site due diligence, zoning and land-use approvals, engineering, studies and design, managed by Savannah as developer.
Rental Community Development
Ground-up garden-style apartment and built-for-rent townhome and cottage communities, planned for long-term quality and livability.
Capital & Construction Management
Arranging construction financing and investor equity for each JV, and overseeing the general contractor through delivery and lease-up.
