Savannah Group LLC is the real estate development company of Kingdom Holding Group. We focus on garden-style multifamily and built-for-rent communities in growing markets, with a primary focus on Florida growth corridors.
Our land joint-venture model lets landowners participate in the value created on their property instead of making a plain sale. Each project is organized as its own single-purpose JV LLC, with Savannah serving as managing member and developer and coordinating construction lenders, investors, architects and general contractors.
